Drive Baltimore, MD 21202, USA holds more than 5% voting shares of Semperit AG
Holding. On November 23, 2010 the equity stake was 5.10% that equates to a
total of 1,049,790 voting rights. The positions are held by the Group owned
management companies Roye & Associates, LLC, 745 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY
10151 USA (1,037,713 or 5.04%) and Batterymarch Financial Management, Inc, John
