9-month report/Trading Statement Lenzing Group

The Lenzing Group is expecting a significantly better development of sales and results for the third quarter and therefore for first nine months of 2010 than recently assumed. According to preliminary figures, consolidated nine-month sales increased by 45.2 % to EUR 1.28 bill. The preliminary nine-month EBIT more than tripled from previous year's EUR 54.3 mill. to EUR 168.8 mill. Further details will be published by Lenzing as scheduled on 16 November 2010.
