Germany, exceeded the threshold of 25.00% and on that day amounts to 25.11%
(47,074,927) of the voting rights.

Out of these, 25.11% (47,074,927 votes) of the voting rights are attributed to
me pursuant to Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act.
