that date, FIL Investment Management Limited held 2.82% of the voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG arising from 5,281,000 voting rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to FIL Investment
Management Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
