section 21 para. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that, on 19 October
2010, the voting rights held by FIL Limited in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Germany, crossed below the threshold of 3%. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.82%
of the voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG arising from 5,281,000 voting rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
