threshold of 3%. On that date, BlackRock International Holdings Inc. held 3.32%
of the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG arising from 6,233,160 voting
rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to BlackRock
International Holdings Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
