section 21 para. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that, on 1 July 2010,
the voting rights held by FIL Limited in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.97%
of the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG arising from 5,570,161 voting
rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
