rights held by FMR LLC in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, crossed
above the threshold of 5%. On that date, FMR LLC held 5.02% of the voting rights
in HeidelbergCement AG arising from 9,413,976 voting rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
