in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On

that date, FIL Investments International held 2.10% of the voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG arising from 3,942,381 voting rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
