Atrium European Real Estate Limited hereby announces that at the end of the month April 2010 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 372,586,326 voting rights. The change of total voting rights is effective as of 30.04.2010.

additional (optional) statements: The share capital increase is due to shares issued to employees of the Company upon the exercise of options granted to them under the Company's approved Employees Share Option Plan, either directly or through the agency of a discretionary portfolio manager.
