para. 1 German Securities Trading Act ("WpHG") that, on 19 October 2009, the
voting rights held by FMR LLC in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany,
crossed above the threshold of 3%, and on that date FMR LLC held 3.002%
(5,628,468 voting rights) of the voting rights.

Of this amount, 0.33% (624,823 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG and 2.67% (5,003,645 voting rights) is to
be attributed pursuant section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
