to his notification of voting rights pursuant Art. 21, 22 German Securities
Trading Act dated 2 July 2009, of the following:

"Hereby I notify you, that on 30 June 2009 my voting rights went below the
threshold of 75% and on that day amount to 72.42% (90,520,624 voting rights) of
the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG pursuant Art. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German
Securities Trading Act.

Out of these 74.42% (90,520,624 voting rights) are assigned
to me pursuant to Art. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 German Securities Trading Act.

The voting rights assigned to me are held by the following companies controlled
by me whose votings rights in HeidelbergCement AG each amount to 3% or more:
