Nr. 1 German Securities Trading Act that on 22. September 2009 its share of
voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, went over the
thresholds of 3% and 5% and that its share of voting rights on that day amounted
to 6.92% (12,974,987 voting rights). Out of these 1.92% (3,599,987 voting
rights) are assigned to BNP PARIBAS pursuant to Art. 22 I 1 Nr. 1 German
Securities Trading Act via BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, Paris, France.

BNP PARIBAS, Paris, France, has furtheron notified us pursuant to Art. 21 I
German Securities Trading Act that on 25. September 2009 its share of voting
rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, went below the thresholds of
3% and 5% and that its share of voting rights on that day amounted to 0.62%
(1,167,577 voting rights).
