"Hereby we notify you pursuant to Art. 21 I German Securities Trading Act that
on 22 September 2009 the share of voting rights of Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt,
Germany, in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, went over the thresholds
of 3%, 5% and 10% and on that day amounted to 10.33% (that equaled 19,375,000
voting rights).

At the same time we notify you pursuant to Art. 21 I German Securities Trading
Act that on 25 September 2009 the share of voting rights of Deutsche Bank AG,
Frankfurt, Germany, in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, went below the
thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3% and now amounts to 1.29% (that equals 2,412,994
voting rights)."
