and now amounts to 4.93% (that equals to 9,244,161 voting rights from ordinary
shares).

All of these voting rights are assigned to us pursuant to Art. 22 I 1 Nr. 1
German Securities Trading Act via Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank
Aktiengesellschaft, Munich."
