"Hereby we notify you pursuant to Art. 21 I, Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act that on 30 June 2009 UniCredit S.p.A.'s, Roma, share of voting rights went beyond the thresholds of 3% and 5% and amounts to 6.40% (that equals to 7,994,161 voting rights of ordinary shares).

All of these voting rights are assigned to us by Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank Aktiengesellschaft, Munich, pursuant to Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act."
