Kommunalkredit Austria informs that the shares of Österreichische Volksbanken-AG and Dexia Crédit Local were transferred to the Republic of Austria with effect of 05-01-2009. The Bund now holds 99.78% of the shares of Kommunalkredit Austria AG, 0.22% remain with the Österreichische Gemeindebund.
