Delivery of Shareholder Circular

Jersey, 26 November 2008. Further to the announcement of 22 November 2008 regarding the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM"), Atrium European Real Estate (ASX: ATR) announces that it has delivered a Circular to Shareholders. The Circular has also been posted on the Company's website - www.aere.com.

Certificate Holders are advised to consult the Circular for details of the EGM and for further instructions.

The Austrian Official Gazette (Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung) notice to ADC holders will appear tomorrow, 27 November 2008. This will also then be published in English and German on the Company's website and contain the notice of EGM, an agenda and instructions for attending and voting.
