The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, Edinburgh, Scotland, has notified us pursuant to Art. 21 I German Securities Trading Act that on 5 August 2008 its voting rights in our company went below the thresholds of 5% and 3% and amount to 2.64% (3,296,050 voting rights) as per this day. Out of these 2.64% (3,294,700 Stimmrechte) are assigned to it pursuant to Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act and 0.001% (1,350 voting rights) are assigned to it pursuant to Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 6 German Securities Trading Act.

Furthermore The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Edinburgh, Scotland, has notified us pursuant to Art. 21 I German Securities Trading Act that on 5 August 2008 its voting rights in our company went below the thresholds of 5% and 3% and amount to 0.001% (1,350 voting rights) as per this day.
