UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has notified us pursuant to Art. 21 I German Securities Trading Act that on 23 June 2008 its voting rights in our company went below the treshold of 3% and amounts of 1.68% (2,094,396 voting rights) as per this day. Out of these 0.01% (15,471 voting rights) are assigned to it pursuant to Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act.

Furthermore UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has notified us pursuant to Art. 21 I German Securities Trading Act that on 27 June 2008 its voting rights in our company went over the treshold of 3% and amounts of 3.02% (3,771,303 voting rights) as per this day. Out of these 0.01% (16,772 voting rights) are assigned to it pursuant to Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act.
