Out of these 20.89% (26,114,857 votes) are assigned pursuant to § 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act from VEM Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Str. 6, 01257 Dresden, Germany*, and three other subsidiaries."
