H-Hotels.com gets top marks for customer appeal
Triple category winner - H-Hotels.com is recognised as "Digital Champion 2019", "Product Champion 2019" and "Price Champion 2019" in consumer surveys.
Market research company ServiceValue and DIE WELT used three customer surveys to identify their "2019 Digital, Product and Price Champions". Industry leader H-Hotels.com was acclaimed by its customers in all three studies in the "Hotels - mid-range" category. In fact, the overall top spot across all hotel categories for "Digital Champion 2019" went to H-Hotels.com.
Against a backdrop where increasing digitalisation has to offer genuine user value and entertainment to the consumer, ServiceValue and DIE WELT put 1,421 providers from 144 sectors to the test. Online interactivity, useful apps and social media presence all contribute to an assessment of the so-called "Digital Experience Score (DES)". This score provides information about each company's digital customer focus.

In another wide-ranging study, ServiceValue and DIE WELT identified the 2019 "Product Champions". Over 800 000 consumers were surveyed on more than 2,300 companies from 207 sectors. H-Hotels.com can now proudly display the "Product Champion 2019" golden seal of approval. In the "Hotels - mid-range" category the hotel group was ranked in top position. Mercure and Best Western completed the Top 3.
As recently as April, H-Hotels AG was also awarded the "Price Champion 2019" seal of approval, once again claiming the "gold medal" in the "Hotels - mid-range" category.
