Aston Martin's ultimate open top GT, the DBS Superleggera Volante wins the prestigious Autonis Design Award

27 September 2019, Stuttgart: The new Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Volante has been voted "Best New Design 2019" in the "Convertible" category, winning the prestigious and much coveted Autonis Design Award from auto motor und sport. More than 13,000 readers voted from a choice of 11 convertible sports cars that came to market in 2019.

Tina Brenner, PR Manager of Aston Martin Europe, received the award from Jochen Knecht, Editor-in-Chief Digital of auto motor und sport, at the awards ceremony held in Stuttgart.

Thomas Kiesele, President of Aston Martin Europe says: "The new DBS Superleggera Volante is the second Aston Martin to carry the Volante name following the introduction of the company's Second Century Plan and is the luxury marque's ultimate open top GT experience. It retains the coupe's powerful dynamics, aggressive poise and astonishing performance.
