Atrium European Real Estate Limited AG hereby announces that at the end of the
month December 2012 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 373388756
voting rights. The stated capital is now EUR 2852497875. 
The change of total voting rights is effective as of 31.12.2012.

additional (optional) statements:
As a result of exercises of employee share options, the total number of
outstanding shares at 31 December 2012 has increased by 63,333 to 373,388,756.
As a result of this, Atrium’s total outstanding stated capital increased by EUR 
53,741 to EUR  2,852,497,875.
