POLYTEC HOLDING AG has been informed, according to § 91 BörseG about a shift of
voting rights within companies assigned to the CEO of POLYTEC Holding AG Mr.
Friedrich Huemer.

1) Huemer Holding GmbH fell, as of October 5, 2009,  below the thresholds of 10%
and 5% of POLYTEC HOLDING AG´s voting rights and held from now on no voting
rights of the company (before - 3,311,783 shares or 14.81% of the voting
rights).

2) Huemer Invest GmbH exceeded as of Oktober 5, 2009 the threshold of 5% and 10%
in voting rights of POLYTEC HOLDING AG and holds a total of 14.81% of it´s
voting rights or 3,311,783 shares.
