Valor Computerized Systems Ltd. (ticker: VCR) announced today the signing of Beta-agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary e4eNet.com Inc. and a world class Canadian Telecommunications- OEM.
e4eNet.com Inc. has been developing technical and engineering collaboration technology specifically for OEMs, EMS and other groups in the electronics realization process. e4eNet (eBusiness For Electronics Network) provides an instant, on-demand, secure online solution for all team members of the electronics industry supply chain to communicate, share technical documents, develop major time enhancing automation between systems and collaborate using a standard web browser (thin client model). "This is a big step forward for our B2B collaboration tool e4eNet.com. Several other companies in the electronics industry have already expressed interest. In additional news, due to jurisdiction regulating public companies, Shmil Dolberg stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Directors. His successor is Shlomo Almog, co-founder and director of Valor, who is also co-chief executive officer of Frontline PCB. Mr. Dolberg continues to serve as CEO of the company.
