On that date, FMR LLC held 4.96% of the voting rights in Software AG (this corresponds to 4,313,577 voting rights). All voting rights in Software AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to Section 22, Para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
