Correction of the voting rights announcement according to Section 26, Para. 1 WpHG dated October 24, 2007, and June 20, 2008
Amendatorily to a notification from October 22, 2007 (published on October 24, 2007), Alken Fund SICAV, Luxembourg, R.C.S. Luxembourg, has informed us on March 9, 2009, according to Section 21, Para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on October 18, 2007, and on that day amount to 3.210% (this corresponds to 913015 voting rights).
Amendatorily to a notification from June 17, 2008 (published on June 20, 2008), Alken Fund SICAV, Luxembourg, R.C.S. Luxembourg, has furthermore informed us on March 9, 2009, according to Section 21, Para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on June 4, 2008, and on that day amount to 5.001% (this corresponds to 1430581 voting rights).
