On 4th of July 2008, Artio Global Holdings LLC, New York, USA, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27th. of June 2008 its percentage holding of the voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG, Alte Jakobstraße 79/80, 10709, Berlin, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and 5% and amounted to 9.40% (equivalent to 1,141,607 voting rights) in relation to the total number of voting rights of the issuer.
The voting rights in the amount of 9.40% (equivalent to 1,141,607 voting rights) are entirely attributable to Artio Global Holdings LLC, New York, USA, pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
