Release of a voting rights announcement according to article 26, section 1.1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act)
On June 17, 2008, Julius Baer International Equity Fund, New York, USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that on 10 August 2007 its percentage holding of the voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG, Alte Jakobstraße 79/80, 10709, Berlin, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.12% (equivalent to 379,393 voting rights) in relation to the total number of voting rights of the issuer.
Julius Baer International Equity Fund, New York, USA, also informed us on June 17, 2008 that on 7 March 2008 its percentage holding of the voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG, Alte Jakobstraße 79/80, 10709, Berlin, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.96% (equivalent to 723,632 voting rights) in relation to the total number of voting rights of the issuer.
