Plambeck Neue Energien AG completed the spin-off of the former business division Power Trading. The outsourcing of this division was already done and the business activities were assigned to Plambeck Energiekonzept AG. The 2.5 mill. shares of the new company were offered to the shareholders of the Plambeck Neue Energien AG at a price of 2 EURO per share. This offer met the approval of the shareholders - thus, more than 1700 shareholders accepted the offer and subscribed all shares within a few days only. Now, Plambeck Neue Energien AG does not hold shares of the new-founded company any longer and is focussing exclusively on its core business - the generation of power and heat out of renewable energies like wind, solar energy and biomass as well as the financing of projects and the servicing of wind-parks. Thanks to the result of 10 mill. Plambeck Neue Energien AG can more than compensate its advanced expenses necessary for the set-up of the division Power Trading. Thus, Plambeck Neue Energien can achieve a better profit.
