Foundation of "Plambeck New Energy Sp. Zo. O."
Cuxhaven, 1st December 2000 - Plambeck Neue Energien AG (Cuxhaven) and Salomon Industries (Stettin) founded a joint-venture in Poland - the "Plambeck New Energy Sp. Zo. 0" - based in Stargard Szczecinski. The partnership agreement was signed on 30 November 2000 at the headquarters of the company. Plambeck Neue Energien AG as well as Salomon Industries hold each a 50 % share in the capital of the company which amounts to approximately DM 200,000 (converted). The activities of the "Plambeck New Energy" will be the planning, drafting and implementation of wind-parks in Poland. The objective is to implement the first two projects with a total investment volume of 110 mill. DM in the years 2001/2002. Plambeck Neue Energien AG and Salomon Industries worked already together on the basis of a co-operation agreement prior to this foundation.
