C-QUADRAT Investment AG (ISIN AT0000613005) announces the preliminary results according to IFRS for the first quarter 2015: · Strong increase in revenues and net profit for the period compared to Q1/2014 · Total revenues of EUR 40.9 million (previous year: EUR 19.1 million; +113.5%) · Net profit for the period of EUR 15.4 million (previous year: EUR 3.2 million; +379.2%) · Assets under management of approx. EUR 5.7 billion C-QUADRAT was able to successfully continue the very positive business development of 2014 as well in 2015 and completed the first quarter of 2015 with total revenues of EUR 40.9 million (previous year: EUR 19.1 million; +113.5%) and a net profit for the period of EUR 15.4 million (previous year: EUR 3.2 million; +379.2%). Management fees accounted for 31% of these revenues and performance-related remuneration for 66%. The earnings per share in Q1/2015 amount to EUR 3.48 (previous year: EUR 0.75; +365.1%). As per the reporting date, C-QUADRAT's assets under management amounted to approx. EUR 5.7 billion. The extremely positive business and earnings development in the first quarter 2015 is, in addition to the continued increase in assets under management and the positive stock market environment in the first quarter, also due to the very good performance of the mutual funds managed by the fund managers of the C- QUADRAT Group especially of those managed by C-QUADRAT subsidiary ARTS Asset Management. The further development in 2015 will largely depend on the further development of the previously positive mood on the international capital and financial markets.
