In view of this performance today's 25th Annual General Meeting has resolved a dividend distribution of EUR 1.00 per share entitled to dividend. Formal approval was given to the actions of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board. Elections to the Supervisory Board The 25th Annual General Meeting also included elections to the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board of C-QUADRAT Investment AG now comprises: Dr. Marcus D. Mautner Markhof (C), Mr. Franz Fuchs (VC), Dr. Fritz Schweiger, Dr. Hubert Cussigh, Mr. Harry Ploemacher and Mr. Walter Schmidt.
