Vienna/Frankfurt, 27 September 2010. Karl-Heinz Grasser, who has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of C-QUADRAT Investment AG since 21 May 2007, announced in today's Supervisory Board meeting that he would step down as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons and with immediate effect, and resign from the Supervisory Board. Karl-Heinz Grasser congratulated the Executive Board and the company employees on the outstanding mid-year results and expressed his satisfaction regarding the positive development of the company. Furthermore, Mr. Grasser thanked the members of the Supervisory Board for their constructive cooperation over the past three-and-a-half years. In the same Supervisory Board meeting, the Deputy Chairman, Dr. Marcus Mautner Markhof, was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Committee.
