Houston (ots-PRNewswire) - FMC Southeast Asia Pte. Ltd., based in
the Republic of Singapore, has been awarded a contract by Woodside
Energy Limited for the supply of subsea production systems for the
Echo/Yodel Development Project offshore the North West Shelf of
Australia. Echo/Yodel consists of two subsea wells located in 140
meter water depth. Natural gas production from the wells will be
transported to Woodside's Goodwyn "A" platform via pipeline.
The contract calls for the design, fabrication, and supply of two
subsea production systems for high-rate gas wells. The scope of
supply covers two FMC 5" x 2" 5000 psi working pressure subsea
Christmas trees, subsea drilling systems and associated equipment.

Since 1991, FMC has supplied 9 subsea production systems to
Woodside for the Wanaea, Cossack, and Lambert fields.
This project will be managed, designed and manufactured in FMC's
wellhead equipment facility in Singapore where in the past fifteen
years FMC has developed the capabilities to support sophisticated
subsea projects. Since 1986, over 40 subsea production systems have
been engineered and manufactured from this plant. Service
installation and technical support will be provided from the
Singapore facility as well as from FMC's Perth office.
