     Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG)


1) On July 26, 2011 Centaurus International Risk Arbitrage Master Fund Ltd,
   Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the
   WpHG that on April 6, 2011 the voting rights of Centaurus International Risk
   Arbitrage Master Fund Ltd in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany have 
   fallen below the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 2.42 percent 
   (511,354 voting rights) in relation to all shares of the respective voting 
   shares.


2) On July 26, 2011 Centaurus International Risk Arbitrage Fund Ltd, Grand
   Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG
   that on April 6, 2011 the voting rights of Centaurus International Risk
   Arbitrage Fund Ltd in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany have fallen below
   the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 2.42 percent (511,354 voting
   rights) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

   2.42 percent of these voting rights (this corresponds 511,354 voting rights)
   are attributed to Centaurus International Risk Arbitrage Fund Ltd pursuant 
   to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG and also pursuant to sec. 22 
   para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 of the WpHG.
