The shareholding of Schroders plc. in Thielert AG, Helbingstraße 64-66, D-22047 Hamburg went above the 10% threshold and amounted to 10.81% (equivalent to 2,149,786 shares of 19,891,530 total shares) on 17 May 2007. These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Schroders plc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
2.
