SkyEurope Holding AG announces that the district court Bratislava 1 today has published its resolution on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings over SkyEurope Airlines, a.s., its 100% subsidiary. The opening of bankruptcy proceedings will be effective as of 10th of September 2009.
