On March 4th 2009 Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V., Claude Debussylaan 24, 1082 MD Amsterdam, P.O. Box 75288, 1070 AG Amsterdam, Netherlands, 100% subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited seated in Akurdi, Pune 411035, Maharashtra, India, has acquired 596.966 shares of KTM Power Sports AG.
With previously acquired shares, Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V. therefore now holds 2,404,466 shares and voting rights of 31.72 % of KTM Power Sports AG.
Consequently, Bajaj Auto International Holdings B.V. holds voting rights and share in the capital stock of KTM Power Sports AG of more than 30%, but not more than 35%.
