Company as of 31 August 2011 was 22,119,384 shares or 4.99% of the outstanding
shares. 

At the last disclosure on 17 June 2011 the stake of Capital Research and
Management Company was 7.94% of the outstanding shares.

Under Austrian law a company needs to announce if the stake of a shareholder
exceeds or falls below specific levels (e.g. 5%, 10% or 15%).
