considerably strengthen our marketing network in Asia," said Klaus
Berka, CEO of Analytik Jena AG.
"On the German market for analytical systems, Analytik Jena
already ranks among the leading companies. Our target is a leading
international position. Our going public in July 2000 provided the
basis for the implementation of our strategy to extend the
international marketing network," so Berka. "We are planning to
increase the percentage of international sales in the total sales
volume to 35 percent within the next two years, i.e. doubling it
compared to today's sales."
