On October 8, 2007, Wegold Edelmetall AG, Wendelstein,Germany, informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that on September 28, 2007 their voting rights on Curasan AG (ISIN DE 000 549 453 8), Kleinostheim, exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.07% (343,358 voting rights) on that day.
On October 8, 2007, Mr. Freisleben, Germany, informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that on August 20, 2007 his voting rights on Curasan AG (ISIN DE 000 549 453 8), Kleinostheim, exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.06% (342,957 voting rights) on that day. Pursuant to article 22, section 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG, 4.69% (317.957 voting rights) were attributed to him, arising from shares held by Wegold Edelmetalle AG, Alte Salzstraße 9, 90530 Wendelstein, which holds 3% or more voting rights on Curasan AG.
