The fall below the threshold is attributable to expiry of the instruments within the meaning of § 25a of the WpHG upon entry in the commercial register of the participation in KORVA SE held by fielmann INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of the notifying party. KORVA SE has a stake of 55% in Fielmann AG.
