According to provisional figures,REALTECH AG has increased its
revenue in the fiscal year by 56% to EUR 45.2m (from EUR 28.9m in
1999), thus exceeding original planned sales of EUR 42.4m. The area

interest income, the after tax result for the year is expected to be
minus EUR 0.9m due to a write-down (adjustment to stock market value)
of the investment in InterClubNet Ltd. of EUR 2.4m and income tax
expenses (compared to a net income of EUR 2.2m in 1999).
REALTECH achieved a provisional revenue of EUR 13.5m for the
fourth quarter of 2000 (compared to EUR 9.2m in 1999) - EUR 2.0m of

220% higher than in third quarter of 2000, thus continuing the
positive trend that began in the summer of 2000.
