PRO DV announces acquisitions for 2001
In the last year PRO DV Software AG, Dortmund, has set the course to increase noticably the performance and the result for the coming years. For the current fiscal year 2001 the company expects an increase for the total operating performance of 51,8 % to 28,7 (18,9) Mio. Euro and a operational result (EBIT) of 2,3 (0,03) Mio. Euro. The board of management announced already acquisitions for the current fiscal year. The aim of PRO DV is to achieve a surface covering presence in Germany with help of mergers & acquisitions, partnerships and subsidiaries. The next step is the expansion in Europe for 2002.
In the last year the total operating performance of PRO DV by IAS increased by 14 per cent to 18,9 (16,6) Mio. Euro. The work in progress was 1,5 (0,6) Mio. Euro. The capitalized service, among other things the development of the internet platform ForstNetService and WinKKS, rose to 1,9 (0,7) Mio. Euro. Because of comparability the total operating performance does not contain the other operating income of 0,54 Mio. Euro. The turnover went up by 12 per cent to 16,3 (14,5) Mio. Euro.
High expanditures in sales and marketing and the highly expansion of human resources decreased the result. The operational result (EBIT) adjusted by IPO costs was 26.000 Euro (previous year: 1,6 Mio. Euro). The yearly deficit after IPO costs amount to 1,9 Mio. Euro (annual surplus 1999: 0,8 Mio. Euro). The financial situation of the company is extremly sound. Cash on hand was 22,5 (2,5) Mio. Euro at balance sheet date.
