We hereby announce that we have received the following notification from Deka
International S.A., based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg:

We hereby inform you pursuant to Section 21 (1) of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG), that our share of voting rights in MVV Energie AG,
Luisenring 49, 68159 Mannheim, Germany, (WKN A0H52F) exceeded the 3 % threshold
on 18 November 2011 and now amounts to 3.0469 % (2,008,100 voting rights). Of
these, 0 % of the voting rights are attributable pursuant to Section 22 (1)
Sentence 1 No. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) (special fund
assets); 3.0469 % of the voting rights count as our voting rights pursuant to
Section 32 (2) Sentence 2 of the German Investment Act (InvG) (public fund
assets).

We further announce that we have received the following notification from Deka
International S.A., based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg:

We hereby inform you pursuant to Section 21 (1) of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG), that our share of voting rights in MVV Energie AG,
Luisenring 49, 68159 Mannheim, Germany, (WKN A0H52F) fell below the 3 %
threshold on 22 November 2011 and now amounts to 2.4193 % (1,594,500 voting
rights). Of these, 0 % of the voting rights are attributable pursuant to
Section 22 (1) Sentence 1 No. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
(special fund assets); 2.4193 % of the voting rights count as our voting rights
pursuant to Section 32 (2) Sentence 2 of the German Investment Act (InvG)
(public fund assets).
