TTL AG, (Neuer Markt, Security Identification Number 750 100), Germany's leading supplier of integrated IT packages in the field of large-scale computer systems, is embarking on the new millennium with sincere optimism. For the year 2000, the company is planning a DVFA (German Association of Financial Analysts and Investment Consultants) result of 6.6 million DM, equivalent to an increase of approx. 30 % over 1999 (DM 5.1 million). The budgeted turnover in this context is DM 87.6 million.
The board has expressed confident optimism regarding the acquisition projects already announced, seeing the company a great deal nearer now to the goal of expanding its portfolio of services. The projected timeframe for successful completion of the acquisition negotiations is the 1st quarter of 2000, after which the budgeted figures for 2000 could be revised at once again a significantly higher level.
The company is very satisfied with the business year just elapsed. In spite of the costs for a first-time stock exchange listing, the budgeted result for 1999 (DM 1 million) had already been reached by 30 September 1999. That is also the reason why the company entered into acquisition talks during the final months of the old year.
