Participation in TeleTrader.com Software AG.
BEKO Holding AG has announced that, effective immediately, it has
acquired a 10% participation in the Austrian company, TeleTrader.com
Software AG. Simultaneously, Prof. Ing. Peter Kotauczek, CEO of the
BEKO Holding AG, has been elected a member of the board of the
TeleTrader.com Software AG.
In the future, this partnership should produce synergy effects and
advantages for both parties. TeleTrader will take advantage of BEKO's
highly-qualified experts in the software field to further strengthen
its existing, young development team. BEKO, with its current pool of
clients in the banking and financial sector, provides an ideal
marketing and implementation platform for server systems. It is
planned to mutually process this market in order to produce bundled
IT and stock exchange software. The BEKO domain, "BEKO New Economy",
will benefit from TeleTrader's position as a content provider and
proprietor of financial web-portals.
TeleTrader.com Software AG, is a major Austrian provider of
financial software applications, web and mobile applications for
professionals and consumers as well as a content provider for
financial information. TeleTrader is not only firmly established in
Austria, but is also active in Germany and the Netherlands through
its solid international partnerships, including those with b.i.s. and
wallstreet.online, and with reference clients of the stature of BMW
