Effective January 5, 2015 Jonny Crowe, (44), in addition to his role as Chief Digital Officer of Ringier Axel Springer Media AG, becomes interim CEO of Grupa Onet.pl. He succeeds Robert Bednarski (41), who is leaving the company at his own request and is looking for new challenges.

Chief Financial Officer Renata Morlewska-Sipior (44) is also leaving Grupa Onet.pl on February 28, 2015 at her own request. Grzegorz Kania (41) becomes her successor. He will be Chief Financial Officer at Grupa Onet.pl in addition to his role as CFO Ringier Axel Springer Poland and member of the Group Executive Board in Poland.

Jonny Crowe has been Chief Digital Officer at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG since October 2013. He has been Member of the Management Board at Grupa Onet.pl SA since July 2014. He joined Ringier Axel Springer Media in October 2013, having previously spent four years with Naspers, where he served as Chief Operating Officer for Europe and has operated, acquired and founded Internet businesses over a period exceeding 15 years in both Europe and the US. He has worked regularly in Poland since 2008.

Grzegorz Kania has served as Chief Financial Officer of Ringier Axel Springer Poland since January 2012. In August 2014 he also became a member of the Group Executive Board and Group CFO in Poland. He is a specialist in financial management with many years of experience in international companies, primarily from the new technologies sector.
